Rick Riley has been employed for the past two years by the Lacey
Parks and Recreation Department as an instructor. He has taught
both youth and adults in beginning and intermediate guitar. Rick
exhibits a depth of knowledge in music and is an enthusiastic
instructor who demonstrates a genuine concern for others. He has
shown an outstanding ability to identify with and serve the needs
of individual students and has demonstrated strong leadership and
good organizational skills.
Rick has been a reliable and dependable employee and has taken
the initiative to develop and conduct mini concerts with his
class.
