Rick Riley

Rick Riley is availble for immediate booking by calling: (360) 357-3488. Performance range includes solo classic guitar, as well as his Band Of One playing a variety of popular and jazz music. Rick is available for studio work as well, appearing on more than a hundred recordings as a studio musician. Rick has performed reciently in Hawaii, and is willing to travel. Sample of typical basic contract

This Agreement, for the personal services of Artists, between

________________hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser" and

________________hereinafter referred to as "Artists."

WITNESSETH, that Purchaser hereby hire Artists,
severally, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth,
and in consideration of mutual covenants, conditions and
promises, hereinafter contained. The Leader or Manager hereby
represents that all Artists designated have. agreed to be bound
by all terms. and conditions hereof.

Artists, severally, agree to render collectively, to Purchaser,
their services as Artists as follows:

Wages for Performance_______________________________

It is specifically understood and contemplated that the
wages specified be paid by the Purchaser, and all payments shall
be paid by Certified Check, Money Order, Bank Draft, School 
Check or Cash, as follows:

A._________________________Deposit upon signing contract.

B._________________________Shall be paid at end of 
                                   engagement.

C._________________________Will be paid for travel and 
                                   miscellaneous expenses.

D._________________________Additional payments, if any, 
                                   shall be paid by Purchaser 
                                   at end of engagement.

PURCHASER shall first apply any and all receipts derived 
from the entertainment presentation to the payments required 
hereunder. All payments shall be made in full without any 
deductions whatsoever,

SCALE OF ADMISSION____________________________________
purchaser agrees to have facility for performance open at least 
one hour before performance begins to enable Artists to set up.

A stage or raised platform with adequate lighting to be 
provided by purchaser for proper presentation of Artists.
